The state needs to amend the law in favor of condo units owner all board member abuse their power and they are in office for their personal benefit they a bully terrible my condo general manager and treasurer dedicate his time harassing minority units owner one ejemplo the mayority owner his tenants they al have dogs over 100 dogs in the building but he tell the minority units owner to evict his tenant bicouse they have dogs and also bother the mayority units owner tenant and if minority units owner don’t evict his tenant then the association will put a lean on his property and if he decides to sale his units then he has to pay the 20 or 30 thousand dollars lean they clean the building one per month and they have a fake board meaning we don’t know what the manager does with the money cuz the board member are not allowed to see any records and this is the state mistake the condo law for ct it do not work it only benefits the mayority units owner the state knows this problem and they are not able to came up with a smart better fair solution and the question is why? When the politicians need the minority units owner vote and they get it but they don’t know how to help the people who put them in office I will stop here cuz I can go on and on with this in plain English
